Acclaimed singer-songwriter Khani Cole began her ascent into national and international consciousness in Phoenix in the early 1990s. Her first release on Fahrenheit Records, Piece of My Soul, included guest solos from Brian Bromberg and the late Joey DeFrancesco. Her follow-up, Places, was produced by Grammy winner Michael Broening and featured guest solos from Nelson Rangell and Marion Meadows. It also featured the top-30 new adult contemporary radio single “You’ve Made Me So Very Happy.” Cole has performed with George Benson, Grover Washington Jr., and Joe Sample, among other notable musicians.
Over the past 30 years, New York smooth jazz guitarist JJ Sansaverino has reached millions touring the world. He has released five highly acclaimed albums and scored a Billboard chart-topping single. A Berklee School of Music graduate, Sansaverino has shared the stage with the likes of Maceo Parker, Sean Paul, George Clinton, Gerald Albright, and members of the Marley family—and he performed at Sir Paul McCartney’s wedding in 2002.
Many performers can entertain an audience, but few connect with a listener on a deeply personal level like Vivian Sessoms does. Her unique blend of jazz, soul, and protest music serves up soulful introspection, while her soul-stirring performances showcase her versatility and emotional depth. Sessoms has worked with Cher, Michael Jackson, Pink, Joe Cocker, and Chris Botti, among others, throughout her career.
