Senior Management
Andrew Walesch has nearly a decade of live music industry experience working with emerging talent and world-class artists in Minnesota. During his tenure as music director of Crooners Supper Club in Minneapolis, Walesch booked more than 500 shows per year across multiple venues, featuring a wide variety of genres, including rock, pop, jazz, country, folk, world, and classical. In that time, his efforts helped build the club from a restaurant with casual music on the side to a renowned venue with four distinct rooms attracting acclaimed national and international musicians.
Walesch is also a seasoned professional performer. As a singer and pianist, he has entertained audiences for years and had the distinct honor of singing at Jazz at Lincoln Center during the 33rd New York Cabaret Convention.
At MIM, Walesch’s responsibilities include booking national and international performers for the MIM Music Theater and designing the programmatic mix of artists for the MIM Music Theater’s acclaimed Summer, Fall, and Winter/Spring Concert Series.
