Richard Burke is the chairman and founder of UnitedHealth Group, parent company of United Healthcare and Optum. He is also general partner of Rainy Partners, a private equity fund; a former NHL hockey team owner; and a resident of Arizona. He was educated at Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, and the University of Virginia.
