Free for educators
Enjoy a day of STEM at the Musical Instrument Museum, divided into two workshops. Walk away with in-class project ideas, new ways to spark conversation among students, and in-gallery activities to strengthen the connection between field trip and classroom. Attendance at both two-hour workshops is optional but encouraged!
Space is limited. On the day of each session, teachers receive free admission to the museum to explore and continue developing lesson plan ideas, a resource packet, and a certificate for tracking professional development hours.
The PD was well balanced. Lecture, hands-on activities, guided tour and exploration. I came away feeling confident that I can make a field trip very worth the students’ STEM education.
